Biographical
Tony Zuber is a graduate of the Harvard University Mediation Program and mediation and alternative dispute resolution courses at Queen's University in Kingston Ontario. He has also studied Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) through the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and the Brdges Academy.
Tony has acted as litigation counsel for over 22 years and has participated in hundreds of mediations as both mediator and counsel, primarily focusing on insurance and personal injury matters. He also sits as a Deputy Judge of the Ontario Small Claims Court adjudicating civil law matters. Tony is a member of The Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and also sits as a Deputy Judge of the Ontario Small Claims Court adjudicating civil law matters.
In addition to mediations, Tony has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal, the Canada Pension Plan Appeals Board, and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.
