Biographical
Ronald Dash is a mediator and arbitrator and a panel member at ADR Chambers. He conducts mediation, arbitration, med-arb, references, neutral evaluations, case management, and civil motions. Before commencing his ADR practice in 2017, Mr. Dash was a Master of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for 16 years, where he presided over thousands of cases, adjudicating motions and references, conducting settlement conferences and pre-trials and case managing actions. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Mr. Dash was a litigator for 27 years, practising commercial litigation, employment law, family law, and plaintiff's personal injury.
He has experience in commercial and contract disputes, employment law, business disputes, personal injury, insurance claims, professional negligence, product liability, defamation, financial advisor actions, construction disputes, commercial general liability claims, environmental claims and franchise disputes. He has acted as an Umpire in property appraisals.
Mr. Dash has a well-deserved reputation of quickly getting to the heart of a dispute.
