Since 2010, Lisa has served as a bilingual mediator for over a thousand personal injury, property damage,  contract, corporate, construction and employment disputes. Lisa has been a litigator since being called to the Bar in 2002. Her combined years of experience as a mediator and counsel provides her with a strong ability to accurately assess liability and damages. A facilitator by nature, Lisa's open and honest style, innate communication skills and patient approach ensures each side of the dispute is comfortable with the mediation process. She makes every effort to ensure all parties are heard and involved in the settlement discussions so that a resolution can be found for the dispute. Lisa is now being hired as a bilingual arbitrator in the Ottawa area.
