Linda has exclusively been practicing mediation since 2013.  She also has 20 years experience practicing law with over a decade in civil litigation.

Linda has represented clients at countless mediations and negotiations. While practicing personal injury and insurance law, legal issues varied and included motor vehicle accident, product liability, slip and fall, and disability insurance claims.

Linda was called to the Bar in 1993. She obtained training in negotiations/ADR at the Faculty of Law, University of Western Ontario and in mediation at the University of Guelph through FMC in 1990s. She is also member of the OMMP Roster for Toronto.

Linda is genuinely committed to each and every mediation  - to working hard and getting the issues resolved. 

She is pleased to continue to ensure the affordability of mediation by offerring roster rates on select dates for 2 or 3 party 1/2 day mediations.

Linda applies a practical & common sense approach when tailoring solutions to bridge the gap.

*ROSTER Rate ZOOM Mediations available:  Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for 2 or 3 party mediations of the same action  (1/2 day only)  (For all other mediations, see non-roster rate below)

*Non-roster Rate 1/2 day ZOOM Mediations available: Monday & Friday for 2 party mediation = $1,100;  3 Parties = $1350; 4 Parties = $1,600; 5 Parties = 1,850

Disbursements - Preparation fee (1 hour per party at the rate of $395/hr) & Admin fee ($150.00) - are extra for all mediations.

All mediations can be booked via online calendar.
