35 years practicing labour and employment law in British Columbia. Known as someone who acts with integrity and brings a balanced and practical perspective to work place issues. Experience in both the private and public sectors. Experience in both the provincial and federal jurisdictions. Together with Bruce Greyell established Greyell MacPhail in 1991 and acted as the firm’s managing partner for 15 years. Provided strategic leadership and oversight in the creation of Roper Greyell and acted as managing partner of the firm from 2006 to 2011.
