Biographical
Charles is the principal of Foster & Company, which he founded in 1997 with the goal of providing top-flight service. This philosophy extends to his ADR services as well; Charles takes the time to understand the matter and the parties’ positions so that he’s prepared and able to help them reach a satisfactory resolution in even the most difficult cases.
While Charles oversees the firm’s litigation practice and represents clients in commercial/complex litigation matters throughout New Brunswick and Atlantic Canada, his mediation practice has grown over the years to be his primary area of practice. The cases he mediates are most often related to motor vehicle accidents, professional negligence, and insurance benefits.
