Ms. Roberts has a legal background in administrative and constitutional law and human rights. She has extensive experience as an adjudicator and tribunal member in a variety of areas including Property Assessment, Human Rights, Employment, and Workers Compensation. She  was a Senior Adjudicator with the Indian Residential Schools Alternative Dispute Resolution process for over 10 years.  She is a member of the Commonwealth Secretariat Adjudication Tribunal, and a current roster member of the following organizations:

* Arbitrator and Mediator, International Court of Arbitration for Sport

* Member, Yukon and Nunatsiavut Dispute Resolution Boards

* Grievance Arbitrator under the Canada Labour Code.

Ms. Roberts also conducts harassment investigations for universities and governments, and provides advice in the areas of ethics and conflict of interest. She is a Judicial Justice of the Provincial Court of British Columbia.

Ms. Roberts is a member of the British Columbia College of Oral Health Inquiry Committee, the Ethics committeee of the International Floorball Association and the Judicial Board of World Sailing.
