Carol Albert has over 30 years of experience working within Ontario’s justice system, as a practising lawyer, a legal educator and dispute resolution trainer, an arbitrator, a mediator and a judicial officer specializing in case management and dispute resolution. As a Master of the Superior Court of Justice (Ontario) from 1998 to 2018 Carol Albert incorporated alternative dispute resolution and case management techniques in construction lien reference actions. She has presided over hundreds of settlement conferences, motions and reference trials. 

A panel member of ADR Chambers, Carol Albert is available for mediations, arbitrations, motions, med-arbs, references and case management. As a recognized expert in construction law, and former construction lien master for Toronto, Ms Albert is frequently called upon in construction cases and property disputes. As a dispute resolution trainer, Carol Albert has conducted mediation and settlement conference workshops for lawyers and judges in Canada, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Bangladesh.
