Albert has over 30 years of legal experience in insurance litigation with extensive background in disability insurance, personal injury and employment law. Demonstrated and proven results as a skilled Mediator for almost 10 years, in GTA and throughout Ontario and eastern provinces.  Inducted into the Ontario chapter of the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (CADN). Effective use of Zoom video conferencing and other media upon request. Albert is fully bilingual and able to conduct mediations in French. He undertakes a very balanced and straightforward approach in resolving disputes effectively.

Albert has received training as a mediator, including having obtained a Certificate in Advanced Mediation in ADR from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, and a Certificate of Advanced Mediation from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law.
